Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unworn and unwashed; trying them on is fine. Return them within 14 days of your request.

Customers cover return shipping for size changes. Original shipping is nonrefundable unless legally required. Exchanges depend on availability.

Received an incorrect item? Contact us—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover necessary shipping.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return, or sooner if legally required.

EU customers: You may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery and return them within the following 14 days. Full-order cancellations include standard outbound shipping. Refunds are due within 14 days of cancellation, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of return.
